His battle is not over, and probably never will be, but with his dogged determination and the never-ending support of his family, he has come further than many ever believed he could.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Donations Benefit Russell<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeff&#8217;s medical bills have been hard on his family, but you can help.
