New England 50 Moves to Lee USA Speedway<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

April 5, 2019 \u2013 Manchester, NH\u2026<\/strong><\/em>The Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS) heads to Lee USA Speedway<\/a> Tuesday, April 9, 2019 for the New England 50 and it will be the first time that this well-known speedplant hosts the annual supermodified sim racing show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee USA Speedway a Natural Host for Race<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With so many fantastic and historical tracks in New England and available to run in both NASCAR Heat and rFactor, the sanction decided to rotate the event throughout these East Coast ovals on an annual basis. Because of the history of supermodified racing at Lee USA Speedway, including big-block and 350 supermodifieds, as well as being host to the only NASCAR Weekly Series supermodified track, Lee USA Speedway is a natural host to this race. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, the always popular \u201cXtreme Tuesday\u201d went through a name change and became the \u201cNew England 50.\u201d The original event was modeled after the International Supermodified Association, (ISMA), race of the same name but when ISMA stopped running this show on an annual basis, SUPRS came up with a new idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Practice for the SUPRS 2019 New England 50 begins at 8:00pm. The wing supermodifieds practice runs until 8:15pm when the Drivers Meeting is scheduled to take place in TeamSpeak. Time Trials are at 8:30pm where the Fast 4 get locked into the first two rows of the feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Racing begins with the ten lap wing supermodified heat races for drivers qualifying outside the top four at 9:05pm, and the exciting 50 lap feature should take the green flag around 9:20pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
