October 1, 2019 – LaPorte, IN..<\/strong><\/em>After many years of trying, Rob Warren of Pulaski, NY,  finally won the first race of the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS), wing supermodified sim racing season when he hauled in the spoils of victory at the 16th Annual Harvest of Speed Tuesday night at LaPorte Speedway.  Defending winner Keith Powell followed Warren across the line less than a second behind after challenging Warren for most of the race. Two-time Harvest of Speed winner, Bob Gangwer rallied back from an early mishap to finish third.<\/p>

Earlier in the evening, defending Harvest of Speed winner Keith Powell set fast time at 12.7705 seconds while Rob Warren won the dash and Carl Becker took the heat race win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
