LaPorte is a very tight track with lapped traffic always playing a role in the race. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"storycontent\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The SUMMIT 125 kicked off on lap 1 with Pole Sitter Gary Waldron and John Davidson setting the pace. With those two setting the pace, John Flath was in third position and quickly made his move to the lead across the start finish line, flying past Davidson and Mutley.
