Just a note that with the ever increasing attacks on websites, that we will continue to keep a tight lock on the back end of our site. If you are just signing up as a registered user of the site, we suggest that you make a strong password and write it down for safe keeping. We don't ever know your passwords so we are unable to help you out there.
However, beginning with a core update on 8/21/2015:
Better Passwords
Instead of receiving passwords via email, you’ll get a password reset link.
When we add new users to our site or edit a user profile, WordPress will automatically generate a secure password.
We ALWAYS suggest that you change your password to this site on an annual basis and always use a hexi-decimal format of 12 or more characters and upper and lower case letters. Passphrases are a great way to get all those characters in a format that is a little more easy to remember.
As an example -something like U$3r-sU9Er5+g[]F@s7 would translate to User-sUpErs+goFast
A reminder-WE DO NOT EVER KEEP OR KNOW YOUR PASSWORD to SUPRS.net except for when we generate one for you and then we will remind you to change that generated password once you log in.
Lockouts
After several unsuccessful attempts to log into the website you will be locked out. If you attempt to log in after you have received the lockout and have a certain amount of lockouts in a certain amount of time, your account will be banned. What all this means is that you need to write your password down somewhere safe. Make sure you don't have your caps lock on when you try to log in and if you are having trouble, STOP after two times of trying to get in. Close your browser. WAIT up to 30 minutes, and then try again. If you are still unsuccessful, click the "Forgot Password" and a link will be emailed to whatever email addy you used to sign up for our site. A note here...PLEASE write down what email you used to sign up.
If you are a SUPRS Member and you do get a lock out. Contact us immediately, we do have a way to make your ip allowed, or we can delete your account and begin the process of setting up a new one for you.
Blacklisting
If your IP and/or internet service provider shows signs of bad jujube, it's going to be blacklisted automatically by our host and/or our security software. There's simply nothing we can do about that and we prefer that one user be blacklisted for a time than lose our entire website or have our website used to scam people.

IF YOU DO NOT REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD
!!!STOP!!!
DO NOT CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO LOG IN!!!
CLOSE YOUR BROWSER
ERASE YOUR HISTORY
CLEAR YOUR CACHE
If you fail to do this YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT OF SITE and IT COULD BE FOR GOOD.
Use the Password reset link if you fail to get logged in after two tries.
Here's a good post about creating strong but easy to remember passwords from AVAST: https://blog.avast.com/strong-password-ideas from August 2018.
