We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers, site registration, and sanction membership.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and offer you a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about race events, website updates, new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Contact Forms

When a visitor fills out a contact form we collect their email address, the IP address, and on occasion, depending on what form is filled out, more detailed information like hometown, phone number, social media account names, and personal family information. You have the choice to fill in as much or as little information that you want.

For visitors that are filling out the SUPRS Membership Join Form, be advised that any information that is put on that form can be used for your driver bio page, internet race broadcasts, SUPRS social media posts, points standings,  and post race stories. Some of this information is required when you fill out the Join Form and failure to fill out those required sections will null and void your form. This information is never sold or given away except on cases where we are compelled to comply with law enforcement officials. All SUPRS Join Forms are kept in a folder in our Yahoo Mail and Google Drive Accounts indefinitely. You may request that this information is deleted if you decide that you no longer wish to race with SUPRS.
