OSWEGO, NY (April 25, 2014) – Oswego Speedway and AsphaltVision announced on Friday their partnering HD video streaming Pay-Per-View schedule for the 2014 Speedway season, which will encompass a total of 16 events including nine live broadcasts.
With nine events being broadcast live, utilizing a multi-camera high definition shoot, the remaining seven events will be available on a tape delay basis ready for air the day after the scheduled event.
Two live broadcasts will air during the month of May including the May 3 running of the Shea Concrete ‘Steel Palace’ ISMA Super Series as a part of the Speedway’s 64th annual Opening Day celebration presented by Gater Racing News.
The other live May broadcast will be the RJ Caruso Tax & Accounting/A&P Auto Parts Memorial Day Weekend special featuring the Jim Shampine Memorial 75, the Tony White Memorial 35 and the RoC Modified Richie Evans Memorial 75 on Saturday, May 24.
Live broadcasts will return in June with the second round of the Shea Concrete ‘Steel Palace’ ISMA Super Series on June 7 and the Burke’s Home Centers/Helena Chemical Company Novelis Supermodified Twin 35’s on June 21.
The 6th annual ISMA Supermodified King of Wings will go live on Saturday, July 12 presented by Shea Concrete and B104.7FM in Syracuse.
The final live event of the regular season will be the 28th running of the Davis Bros. Inc. $10,000 to win Mr. Novelis Supermodified event on August 2.
Budweiser International Classic Weekend will once again broadcast live on www.asphaltvision.com for the entire weekend, rounding out the nine days of live broadcasts online.
Tape delay broadcasts of the remaining Speedway schedule will also be available this season on AsphaltVision for a reduced price. Tape delayed broadcasts will be available for viewing on the Sunday following an event and can be viewed any time after that, with a paid subscription for that event.
Dates that will feature a tape delayed stream online are May 10, May 31, June 14, July 5, July 19, August 9, and August 16.
Fans can purchase Pay-Per-View and tape delay subscriptions by signing into www.asphaltvision.com, logging into your account or creating a new one, and selecting the upcoming event subscription.
Only individual race night subscriptions will be available for this coming racing season with the full broadcast schedule and prices listed at www.asphaltvision.com.
Updated in 2012, all of the video broadcast LIVE through www.asphaltvision.com at Oswego Speedway will be available in beautiful high-definition and streamed through Flash Video as well as a Mobile/iOS video stream.
Thomas Video Productions will serve as the production team for all Speedway broadcasts featuring multiple cameras around the fast 5/8 mile including the turn one roof top camera, the fabulous turn three tower shot, along with a breathtaking front straight speed cam.
