SUPRS 14^th Non-Wing Supermodified Season at Oswego Speedway Begins with Port City Kickoff

June 11, 2018 – Goshen, IN…The 2018 Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS), non-wing supermodified sim racing season takes the green flag with the Port City Kickoff on June 12, 2018 at Oswego Speedway.

Sand, Jr., Maxon, Davidson Most Port City Wins

Ray Sand, Jr’s second Port City Kick-Off win in 2015 was SUPRS first rFactor race and he joined Myles Maxon and John Davidson as a multi-time winner. Maxon has more opening day wins than any other SUPRS racer with three.

Many Different Winners of Kickoff

In the last seven years of the race the have been seven different winners. In all, there have been 10 different drivers in 13 years sitting in SUPRS Victory Lane on opening night. Sean Gibbs, Jim Crannell, Bob Gangwer, Rob Warren, Jeff Weber, Clinton Cyr, and Keith Powell all have one win.

Race Details

Official practice for the 14^th Annual Port City Kickoff begins at 8:00pm. Drivers meeting is at 8:30pm with racing set to start at 9:05pm with the first of two 10 lap heat races prior to the 50 lap feature.
