Powell is First to Finish in Irregular 45

Keith Powell Runs Smooth Race to Win 1^st to Finish IrReGuLaR 45

Oswego, NY – June 20, 2017…From the drop of the green  flag to the waving of the checkered flag, Keith Powell of Carrollton, OH held off a hard charging Rob Warren on the way to winning the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS) 1st to Finish Race Servers IrReGuLaR 45 Tuesday night at Oswego Speedway .  Bob Gangwer capitalized on a mistake by Warren with three laps to go to claim second and Warren somehow hung on to third.

Regular 45 Lapper Next

After a few weeks of specials, the SUPRS racers will run a regular show. The standard format of 10 lap heats and a 45 lap feature at Oswego Speedway next Tuesday is the first of several for the season.

Practice begins at 8:00pm, with the first heat race set to take the track at 9:00pm. Fans can cheer on their favorite with  SUPRS LIVE!  With live video, track telemetry, scoring and timing, it’s a great way to get to know all the drivers of the original supermodified sim racing sanction.
