November 22, 2019 – Goshen, IN…The Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS), is going off line November 20-30 for a Thanksgiving break from supermodified sim racing so members can spend time with family for Thanksgiving.
All servers will be shut down, (including SUPRS TeamSpeak, SUPRS Race, and SUPRS Test-N-Tune), for maintenance and the duration of the break beginning November 20 at 10:00pm.
Email Vacation
Likewise emails sent to SUPRS pertaining to Membership, general questions, and/or press releases, will be held until we are back in the office on 11/30. If you have an emergency, or time sensitive press release, please use the phone number located on the contact page and leave a message. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
SUPRS Weekly for members and fans will be in email inboxes 12/1 with more details concerning the next race as well reviews and recent results from our last race before the break.
About That Membership Form
There will be no Membership Join Forms processed from 11/20 5pm-12/1 8:00pm. Interested sim racers can still submit a SUPRS Join Form, we just want you to understand that you won’t see an immediate response. Rest assured, we’d love to have you racing with us…once we get back from break.
Social Shutdown
We’ll be taking a break from all of our social media channels beginning at 5pm on 11/20. It’s not that we don’t like to interact, we just think everyone should take a break once it a while from the virtual social world, and concentrate on actually being social with other humans in a face to face reality.
Firing Back Up
All of the SUPRS Servers will be back up on 12/1 at 7:00pm to get ready for Sunday Night Test-N-Tune. Members will need to have their SUPRS Sync on beginning at 7:00pm that evening, as we anticipate a couple of new files. Test-N-Tune starts at it’s usual time of 8:00pm.
Next Race is Twice as Nice
After a ten days off, your favorite supermodified sim racing sanction will be ready to go racing again and we invite you join us on December 3, 2019 for the 16th Annual Wing Side Up Twin 25s at Bristol Motor Speedway. This double-header will use both rFactor and NASCAR Heat and the drivers will do battle on the Bristol banks in a wing and non-wing supermodified on the same night. We are thankful for all SUPRS members, friends & supporters. Whether you come to us from sim racing or the real supermodified racing world, we appreciate you and are grateful for your support. We encourage you to join us in a break from the web and concentrate on the important things in life, starting with family.
