He holds the all-time win record in the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing series and has served his country in the United States Armed Forces but John Davidson of San Diego, CA picking up the win in the SUPRS Veterans Day Special was especially fitting.
Davidson had the dominant car of the night and was able to beat Ray Sand, Jr. by several car lengths. “This one is for all my brothers, and for all the US vets,” said Davidson from New River’s victory lane.
