June 18, 2019 – Oswego, NY…Brad Keysor of nearby Liverpool, NY, took the lead of the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS), 14th Annual Jim Shampine Memorial on lap 19 of the 80 lap feature and brought home an emotional win Tuesday night at Oswego Speedway.  Port City Kick-Off winner, Keith Powell trailed Keysor at the line by 2.142 seconds for second place, and Rob Warren got the SUPRSCharger award for advancing the most places… Keep Reading
