March 19, 2019 – Odessa, MO…Carrollton, Ohio’s Keith Powell wrapped up the Supermodified Ultimate Pavement Racing Series, (SUPRS), “Winter Western Swing,” with a win in the Show Me State 50 at I-70 Speedway Tuesday.
